Join us as a Karate Instructor and make a difference in the lives of young kids!We provide a competitive hourly wage, comprehensive on-the-job training, a flexible timetable, and various incentive programs.About the Role:We are on the lookout for enthusiastic coaches for our innovative Karate Zoo enrichment program. Since its inception in 2003, Amazing Athletes has become one of the largest multi-sport enrichment programs in the nation, with over 50,000 children enrolled annually. Our latest initiative, Karate Zoo, is at the forefront of preschool martial arts education. New Coaches can conduct 3-6 classes weekly, earning $18 per hour and potentially up to $40 per hour based on experience and growth within the company.Our programs come equipped with ready-made curricula and thorough training to help you engage with children while teaching them martial arts.We focus on individual attention to ensure every child thrives.We adopt a non-competitive approach to create a fun, stress-free learning environment.Positive reinforcement is key; we encourage children to strive for improvement and celebrate their successes.Our Coaches enjoy their roles, embrace continuous learning, and actively seek feedback in alignment with the Karate Zoo Coaching Manual & Curriculum.No previous martial arts experience is required, though it's a plus. We value a positive attitude, a genuine love for working with children, and a willingness to learn in our ideal candidate.
