If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare, we would love to connect with you.About the RoleThe Regional Director of Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall performance, growth, and culture of a portfolio of Hopscotch Primary Care clinics located throughout Western North Carolina. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of high-quality, value-based primary care in rural communities, focusing on measurable enhancements in clinical outcomes, patient experience, team engagement, and cost management.The responsibilities of this role include:Overseeing a portfolio of 5–7 clinics across Western North CarolinaLeading a team of 6–9 direct reports, including Care Center ManagersBeing fully accountable for clinical outcomes, financial performance, growth initiatives, and organizational cultureCollaborating directly with the Chief Operating Officer and enterprise leaders across Population Health, Finance, Growth, and People OperationsThe Regional Director of Operations is required to reside in Western North Carolina (preferably in the Greater Asheville or Charlotte areas) and must be willing to travel frequently throughout the region.
