Join our dynamic team at Altegra Health as a full-time Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Customer Service Representative in our Weston, Florida office. This pivotal role reports directly to the Advocate Supervisor within the Member Services division. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will engage with health plan members through both inbound and outbound calls, facilitating various intake services and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with health plan members through proactive and responsive telephonic communication to evaluate and confirm their eligibility for services.
Meet and exceed individual growth and production benchmarks.
Contribute to the overall success of the department by achieving departmental performance and quality metrics.
Assess correspondence and inquiries from health plan members to identify needs and expedite highly qualified cases.
Manage follow-ups and resolve inquiries as assigned, ensuring timely communication.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant state and federal regulatory requirements.
Adhere to all company and departmental operational standards and policies.
Participate in Altegra Health staff development and operational enhancement programs as needed.
