Join our dynamic team at digitalhoneycomb as an Online Marketing Project Manager (m/f/d) and play a pivotal role in creating impactful advertising campaigns across popular social media channels for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of these projects within our collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients via Zoom, guiding them through a structured questionnaire and informing them about our collaboration process.
Gather all necessary information and access credentials to facilitate project implementation, using checklists and tables to track missing access.
Plan and coordinate the execution of marketing projects for our clients, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
Maintain regular communication with clients through WhatsApp or Zoom to address inquiries and provide updates.
Resolve client questions and requests independently and in consultation with the marketing team.
Keep clients informed about project progress, ensuring transparency throughout the process.
Oversee adherence to deadlines and verify quality using checklists before delivering content to clients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience is required, either in online marketing or project management, ideally both. If you're lacking experience, we encourage you to apply for one of our junior positions.
