Maintain a preventative maintenance program for tooling that meets ISO9000 standards. Promote operational excellence by following 5S principles and supporting continuous improvement. Supervise vendors working on tooling projects and verify the quality of their work. Ensure internal controls for financial reporting are well designed and functioning. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to meet quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
