Work with Receiving and Purchasing to track border-crossing variances and report adjustments to customs. Create and update standardized processes for sharing duty rates and brokerage information that may impact pricing, keeping relevant teams informed. Help manage UPS and FedEx notifications to speed up the clearance of items held at the border. Support CUSMA requests and filing tasks. Coordinate with customs brokers regarding documentation needs. Assist with new load requests (NLRs) and rebilling from UPS and FedEx. Contribute to monthly or annual submissions as directed by the Customs Coordinator. Provide backup support for colleagues when necessary. Review and suggest updates to freight processes to improve service and reduce costs.
