Role overview The Production Line Supervisor, based in Wissous, leads a team of approximately 20 operators across one or more production lines. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned area. This position ensures the site remains operational by maintaining production equipment, utilities, and installations, and by providing daily technical support. The role operates within a construction environment and covers both first-level technical support and broader infrastructure management. Key responsibilities Maintain site availability by overseeing production equipment, utilities, and technical installations Deliver daily technical support across the facility Manage infrastructure needs within a construction and industrial context Work schedule Current hours are 8 AM to 4 PM. As the site expands, longer shifts may be required.
