As a Driller's Helper, you will be expected to work in a variety of weather conditions, showcasing a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members. This position is physically demanding, so a commitment to safety and familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) is crucial. Mechanical skills are necessary, and experience in welding would be an added advantage.
