Here’s how your pay can increase: Pay Range: $22 - $24 hourly Starting Pay: $22/hr After 3 Months: $23/hr After 6 Months: $23.75/hr Within your first year, you can advance from $22/hr to $25/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which includes four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can receive a one-time $1 increase in their first 90 days and an additional $0.75 every 90 days thereafter.
