Role Overview: Analytical and Laboratory Assistant This position plays a key part in Birdman’s quality control team. The role centers on technical leadership in laboratory analysis, supporting food safety, and ensuring products meet internal and external standards. Main Objectives Maintain compliance with production processes according to regulatory, normative, and customer requirements. Develop and apply microbiological, analytical, and physicochemical tests to ensure consistent product quality. Conduct shelf life and stability studies for new and existing products. Key Duties and Responsibilities Select appropriate analytical techniques for evaluating products and processes. Ensure analytical methods for finished products meet regulatory standards and technical data sheet requirements. Report non-conformities found in raw materials to suppliers.
