Our dedicated global team operates within key financial markets, equipping traders and partners with world-class technology, competitive conditions, and unparalleled support.Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis & Strategy:Perform comprehensive market research to discover new business prospects and remain updated on industry trends.Devise and execute effective business development strategies to meet organizational objectives.Client Acquisition & Retention:Establish and nurture strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.Identify potential clients and actively promote our products and services.Work alongside the marketing team to design targeted campaigns aimed at client acquisition and retention.Partnership Development:Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology firms.Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and success.Revenue Generation:Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development initiatives.Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on regulatory requirements within the Forex sector and ensure compliance in company operations.Collaborate with the compliance team to establish and monitor compliance processes.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Provide guidance and support to achieve both individual and team goals.
