Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and web-based platforms. Key attributes include:Expertise in leveraging relationships to advocate for business improvements. Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational assessments to drive action plans for enhancement. Experience in implementing maintenance advisor systems and improving processes in the aftermarket or retail sectors. Skill in establishing and applying effective metrics to guide dealerships towards growth and return on investment. Proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment.

Join MSX International as an Express Service Coach, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering and implementing MSX Express Maintenance solutions. This position involves developing and nurturing relationships with designated dealers and OEM field organizations, as well as facilitating Dealer Launch and Workshop Meetings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Basic and Advanced Express Maintenance programs as defined in MSX documentation.
  • Conducting dealership consultations as per the Express Maintenance program guidelines.
  • Delivering in-dealer and remote classroom training sessions based on the MSX Express Maintenance curriculum.
  • Providing on-the-job training to dealership staff in accordance with program documentation.
  • Offering ongoing phone support to dealers.
  • Ensuring the timely and thorough execution of dealer action plans.
  • Implementing best practices for Express Maintenance operations, including customer scheduling, workshop efficiency, quality control, and follow-up procedures.
  • Maintaining strong connections with OEM National and Regional personnel.
  • Submitting detailed monthly field reports and weekly time cards and expense reports.
