Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field. Possession of an Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph. Over 5 years of relevant experience with F5 products, including administration and lifecycle management of F5 LTM, ASM, BIG-IQ, and APM, alongside proficiency in advanced iRule creation and troubleshooting. Capability to manage multiple intricate F5 configurations and deployments simultaneously. Comprehensive understanding of networking across all OSI model layers and experience with web application technologies. Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network systems, along with switching and routing protocols such as TCP/IP, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, SDN, and 802.1x. Proficient in managing and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP environments across large multi-site setups.

  • Design, implement, and manage F5 solutions including LTM, ASM, BIG-IQ, and APM.
  • Oversee the configuration of various physical and virtual F5 devices across multiple data centers.
  • Create automation scripts and tools to streamline the configuration of numerous network security devices across diverse locations.
  • Identify and execute system enhancements aimed at boosting the performance and reliability of network security infrastructures.
  • Implement capacity planning changes in response to business demands.
  • Address issues related to performance, scalability, and service architecture management.
  • Design, install, configure, and maintain network security services and associated devices.
  • Support and plan the network security infrastructure effectively.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation and procedural guides for identified issues.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform and operating system-related issues, as well as network security and connectivity challenges.
  • Conduct launch testing for new software releases and new feature introductions.
  • Coordinate orders for equipment, including both physical and virtual appliances, while managing upgrades, monitoring, testing, and servicing as necessary.
  • Exhibit knowledge across various technology areas including Storage, Virtualization, Networking, Data Center Migration, and Disaster Recovery.
  • Understand the risk and controls landscape, ensuring compliance with company-wide standards.
  • Participate actively in change and incident management processes.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and take action to mitigate their impact on projects or teams.
  • Collaborate across different technology domains to achieve shared objectives.
