Make Your Mark in a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company
BILL is expanding our Enablement team to enhance the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. As a Facilitator – AI/Productivity, you will be instrumental in guiding our revenue teams to learn, adopt, and fully leverage AI and productivity tools that enhance their daily operations.
You will collaborate closely within our broader GTM Enablement team, working alongside Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, RevOps, and tool owners to ensure our sellers are not just utilizing tools but mastering them, optimizing time, increasing accuracy, and creating more opportunities for high-value customer interactions.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions on AI, automation, and essential sales productivity tools, helping GTM teams grasp the possibilities and apply them in real workflows (prospecting, deal management, account planning, forecasting, and customer success activities).
- Lead live demonstrations, labs, and office hours where representatives can bring actual tasks and data, experiment with AI/automation, and depart with actionable time-saving and workflow enhancements.
