Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facilities Specialist to take charge of our physical infrastructure at our headquarters, machine shop, and production environments. This role aims to internalize facility maintenance, reducing our dependency on general contractors and subcontractors for daily operational requirements. You will serve as the primary "fixer" for the building, executing repairs and setting up infrastructure yourself while managing external assistance for specialized trades that necessitate licenses and/or large-scale projects.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure our facilities are safe and operational.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services and larger projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
