Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC systems. Possession of EPA 608 Universal Certification. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural schematics. Strong understanding of facility safety regulations (OSHA). Experience in testing and maintaining mechanical systems. Willingness to take on tasks beyond core competencies as needed. Basic skills in electrical, low voltage, plumbing, and mechanical areas. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with chiller plants, dedicated outside air systems (DoAS), and air handling units (AHUs) in industrial or commercial settings. Professional experience in maintaining high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) systems. Knowledge in electrical safety, heavy equipment operation, light construction, and rotating machinery (pumps, air compressors, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment such as air handlers, air-cooled chillers, split systems, hydronic pumps, valves, filters, and more.
  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure systems are maintained in optimal operating condition.
  • Conduct basic ductwork modifications and various repairs.
  • Carry out modifications and repairs on water piping and insulation.
