City Wide Facility Solutions in Vancouver is in search of a dedicated Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to join our team at our Burnaby office.
As a Facility Solutions Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of a designated client service area. This role entails outside B2B account management, providing vital field support, including training, onboarding new clients, conducting inspections of contractor performance, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating site visits, and fostering long-term relationships with both clients and contractors. Your responsibilities will also include negotiating contracts, sourcing supplies, and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing all facets of assigned client relationships, focusing on retention, growth, and diversification of City Wide's offerings.
- Developing and implementing tailored service strategies and schedules for each client.
- Negotiating agreements for additional services, including sourcing parts and materials while determining pricing, staffing, and logistics.
- Managing contractor relationships, including interviewing and hiring, negotiating terms, overseeing agreements, and ensuring compliance with service specifications.
- Upholding a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction through thorough inspections and consistent communication.
- Supervising Night Managers to ensure effective execution of client strategies and service delivery.
- Promoting, procuring, and monitoring supplies for clients.
- Communicating effectively with contractors and the Director of Operations about client issues, ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns.
- Utilizing City Wide’s CRM for client inspections and activity scheduling.
- Maintaining current Building Information Sheets (BIS) and ensuring all client-related materials are accurate and properly labeled.
- Identifying potential new accounts within your territory and collaborating with Sales Executives.
