Meet the Family Law Team
Our Family Law division is dedicated to creating exceptional software solutions tailored for family law practitioners. This unique team is pioneering a new structural approach at LEAP, focusing on customized products designed for specific legal verticals. Comprised of seasoned legal experts, developers, designers, and operational specialists, we leverage the insights of in-house Australian Family Lawyers to shape our product direction, complemented by a robust client feedback system.
Your Responsibilities
As a Family Lawyer, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Software Engineer to leverage your family law expertise, ensuring our clients’ needs are met effectively. You will take the lead on a vital family law product within the team, managing the product backlog and roadmap, and ensuring that all developments align with the requirements of our users, customers, and internal stakeholders. Your contributions will be instrumental in delivering impactful features that advance our overarching goal of “helping lawyers who help people”. The products you help create will empower your colleagues in family law, setting them apart in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of LEAP Family Law products and documentation needs.
- Create and refine online knowledge articles for the product.
- Draft Release Notes for Product Updates.
- Exhibit a profound understanding of the needs of family law practitioners, providing ongoing feedback to shape product development.
- Compose legal content for product use.
- Conduct product testing and provide clear feedback and direction.
