Job Overview
As the Federal Proposal Manager (Marketing Senior Specialist), you will collaborate closely with technical teams and other staff to devise strategies and coordinate the creation of federal project marketing materials. Your role will involve facilitating the go/no-go decision process, preparing tailored content for proposal and interview materials, leading project-specific strategy and kickoff meetings for our federal program, and managing our proposal and pursuit processes. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate various marketing support activities, which may include conducting market research, identifying proposal opportunities, reviewing technical writing, assisting with conferences and client events, leading debrief meetings, and maintaining the marketing database. You must thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks effectively, and adhere to strict deadlines. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are crucial, alongside a proactive and adaptable approach as priorities evolve, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and align with internal branding standards.
