Bonsai Robotics, based in California, is expanding its operations in Australia to better support our diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include the onboarding of growers with our machinery, assisting with ongoing operations, and establishing connections with potential partners, including equipment dealers.
This position involves significant travel throughout Australia, covering areas such as Robinvale VIC, Griffith NSW, and Maryborough QLD, among others.
Become a part of our innovative team and contribute to the transformation of agriculture through our state-of-the-art mechatronic equipment. Your key duties will encompass conducting in-field product feature testing, troubleshooting on-site issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement both immediate and long-term equipment solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics for test equipment, executing test plans, performing root cause analyses, and documenting results meticulously. Additionally, you will onboard new customers by deploying robots across a variety of farms and industries.
