Qualifications:Proven experience in a technical support or application engineering role. Strong understanding of software deployment and infrastructure management. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with customer training and support is a plus.

Position Overview
Outsight is currently on the lookout for a Field Application Engineer to join our expanding team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative company at the cutting edge of technology.
In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the Customer Delivery team, overseeing the complete software lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass infrastructure setup, capacity planning, deployment, monitoring, and architecture, working closely with our development, integrations, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main technical liaison for the deployment of our IT solutions in public areas and intelligent infrastructures.
Lead the installation of products and manage customer feedback to ensure an outstanding experience throughout the process.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to contribute to product enhancement.
Foster customer satisfaction through the development and delivery of training materials, ensuring users are well-supported.
