Internship Overview

The Field Engineering Intern will join the Project Execution Team in Houston, TX. This role centers on hands-on work, contributing directly to the construction of the Lithium One refinery. Interns collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts, gaining practical experience in building and delivering solutions, not just observing or assisting.

Key Responsibilities

Support construction activities for the Lithium One Refinery, working with subcontractors and vendors, and helping manage schedules and budgets to keep the project on track.
Contribute to the development, testing, and improvement of solutions within MarianaOS, helping to build a software-focused construction team.
Analyze data and field systems to identify inefficiencies, track progress, and suggest ways to improve construction outcomes.
Coordinate with cross-functional groups, including engineering, operations, and construction contractors, to align project scopes and solve field issues.
Share findings and recommendations with the Project Execution Team at the end of the internship.
