Lightspeed is on the hunt for a dedicated, customer-centric individual based in Manchester to deliver on-site service and technical support for our innovative Point of Sale solutions. Our primary focus is within the Hospitality sector, serving restaurants, hotels, and bars. This role necessitates travel and the ability to manage engaging projects. As a vital representative of Lightspeed in the UK, you will harness the social aspects of the industry to promote our products and expand our customer base through exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the rollout of projects across multiple locations.

  • Providing insights and support to our Strategic and Enterprise customers.

  • Traveling to customer sites to assist with implementations and offer technical support.

  • Coordinating and conducting training sessions for business owners, management teams, and staff.

  • Offering timely support and training to key Lightspeed Partners.

  • Guiding customers through their setup, implementation, and integrations, while maintaining follow-up with key accounts.

  • Installing and troubleshooting networking devices such as routers and wireless access points.

  • Documenting and tracking key customer installations, network configurations, schematics, and other on-site services.

  • Collaborating with our development team on current and ongoing customer and product issues.

  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Lightspeed, representing us to both new and existing customers.

Our team of 30 individuals, located across Europe and the UK, is committed to providing exceptional customer support for our European strategic business clients. We strive to transform every Mid-Market customer into a Lightspeed Ambassador.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in the following areas:

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on the hospitality sector.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Technical proficiency in Point of Sale systems and networking.
