Ideal Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years in field marketing, events, or demand generation within a B2B or SaaS context. Demonstrated success in executing regional events and local marketing campaigns from conception to completion. Excellent communication, project management, and vendor management abilities. Highly organized and adaptable, comfortable managing budgets and competing priorities. Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools, with strong analytical skills for data and ROI assessments.

The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Field Marketing Manager with a robust background in marketing and event management. This individual will be creative, organized, and detail-oriented, thriving in a collaborative environment with Sales. You will possess a proactive approach and the capability to devise compelling marketing strategies that significantly impact our sales pipeline.

You will report to the Global Field Marketing Director and contribute to a dynamic Revenue Marketing team dedicated to enhancing our brand visibility and driving growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing initiatives that boost brand recognition, lead generation, and pipeline development.
  • Oversee all aspects of regional events, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, onsite execution, lead capture, and ROI assessment.
  • Support Go-To-Market teams by collecting and presenting campaign and event performance metrics.
  • Maximize ROI by optimizing regional marketing expenditure across various programs and activities.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant launch of all field campaigns, aligning with the global marketing strategy.
  • Manage daily operations, including budgets, vendor relations, and purchase orders for seamless execution.
  • Lead marketing initiatives aimed at customers, including case studies, testimonials, and video content.
