The Field Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects by leveraging data for forecasting and performance evaluation. Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain labor forecasts aligned with project requirements (including project scopes, schedules, productivity, and business assumptions).
- Assess labor capacity, utilization, overtime, and identify staffing gaps within field operations.
- Aid in both short- and long-term labor planning, encompassing headcount modeling and scenario analysis.
- Monitor labor cost fluctuations and productivity patterns; pinpoint key drivers and areas for enhancement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve staffing levels, shift patterns, scheduling, and deployment strategies.
- Aggregate data from various project management, scheduling, and financial systems to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with construction managers, project managers, finance, and site supervisors to foster integrated planning and decision-making; conduct regular site visits for productivity updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by evaluating outcomes and planning efficacy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
 
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in labor analytics and operations analysis within the construction sector.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated experience in formulating labor forecasts.
