The Role
We are in search of a dedicated Field Operations Associate to facilitate the field deployment of our autonomous orchestration systems through technical and operational coordination. This role merges hands-on field technician tasks with supervisory responsibilities, requiring you to assemble, integrate, and troubleshoot systems while overseeing field technicians and managing deployment logistics. You will act as the primary liaison for customers regarding field logistics and administrative coordination, ensuring seamless execution of on-site operations while gathering customer feedback to enhance our deployment processes continuously.
Expect to travel up to 50%, including evenings and weekends for mission-critical events and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers on-site, providing expert technical guidance and representing NODA with professionalism.
Assist in planning logistics for travel, shipping, and equipment readiness.
Build, wire, and test UAS/robotic platforms, payloads, and support equipment.
Track, repair, and maintain lab equipment, spare parts, and test assets.
Lead setup/teardown and technical troubleshooting at multi-domain field exercises.
Conduct inspections to ensure accuracy, durability, and repeatability of assemblies.
