The Field Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our HVAC installation teams are fully equipped and supported to perform their tasks safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position serves as a bridge between field operations and leadership, focusing on readiness, resource allocation, and real-time problem-solving to foster team success. As we refine our processes and procedures for optimal installation quality and efficiency, you will contribute significantly to our growing knowledge base.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate the daily readiness of field teams by managing tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between the field crew and internal departments such as logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
- Conduct site visits to provide support, coaching, and quality assurance for active installation projects.
