What you will do
- Direct daily management of the process team, set team goals, and align activities with shifting business needs.
- Assess customer requirements, both current and future, while building strong relationships and developing sustainable solutions.
- Improve customer experience by refining team dynamics, processes, and support tools.
- Lead new product installations and guide the development of related processes.
- Oversee new site startups, including planning and risk assessments to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Define project scope, plan resources with the Business Unit, and communicate resource gaps to management as needed.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, Sales, and Business Unit teams to maintain effective site operations and services.
