As a key player in fostering new business opportunities and supporting strategic accounts, you will facilitate seamless collaboration between our sales and implementation teams. A profound understanding of our products, combined with exceptional technical knowledge and outstanding interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.

*** Please be aware that this position is based in Manchester and involves regular travel to support our Field team across the North and Midlands. ***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote & Field Sales Support: As a remote Sales Engineer, you will frequently travel across Northern England and the Midlands to assist Field Sales teams through on-site discovery, customer meetings, and live demonstrations, all while representing the company with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Sales Execution & Deal Ownership: Collaborate closely with Account Executives across inbound and field sales initiatives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions that meet customer needs. Assess customer requirements, identify potential risks, and recommend optimal solutions to facilitate successful deal progression.

  • Revenue & Risk Enablement: Help sales teams by identifying technical risks and constraints early in the sales process, thus protecting deal value and ensuring precise forecasting while ensuring smooth transitions to implementation teams.

  • Strategic Account Management: Partner with Strategic Account Managers to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, providing technical insights during renewal and growth discussions to mitigate churn in complex scenarios.

  • GTM Team Collaboration: Contribute actively as a technical resource within GTM channels, delivering timely and high-quality product and integration guidance to empower sales teams to operate swiftly and confidently.
