*** Please note, this position is based in Manchester and will involve regular travel to support our Field team across the North and Midlands. A company car will be provided. ***
Key Responsibilities:
- Remote & Field Sales Support: As a Sales Engineer working remotely, you will frequently travel across Northern England and the Midlands to assist Field Sales teams with on-site discovery sessions, customer meetings, and live demonstrations, operating with significant autonomy while representing the company in face-to-face customer interactions.
- Sales Execution & Deal Ownership: Collaborate closely with Account Executives on both inbound and field sales initiatives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions that meet customer needs. You will assess requirements, identify risks, and propose optimal solutions to facilitate successful deal progression and closure.
- Revenue & Risk Enablement: Aid our sales teams by identifying technical risks, constraints, and dependencies early in the sales cycle, helping to safeguard deal value, enhance forecasting accuracy, and ensure a smooth transition to implementation teams.
- Strategic Account Management: Partner with Strategic Account Managers to foster customer retention, satisfaction, and growth, providing technical insights to renewal and expansion discussions, and helping to mitigate churn in complex scenarios.
- GTM Team Collaboration: Participate as a proactive technical contributor within Go-To-Market channels, delivering timely and high-quality technical insights to support sales initiatives.
