What You'll Do Communicate daily with clients by phone and WhatsApp to answer questions and provide support Encourage clients to increase their efforts and stay committed Share practical knowledge and expertise in fitness and nutrition Assist clients in setting and reaching their health and fitness goals Monitor client progress and celebrate their successes Keep client records updated in our CRM system Work with colleagues to resolve client questions and ensure positive outcomes Help prepare, assist with, or lead live calls Who We're Looking For We value a positive, motivating, and authentic approach.
