Your Role – Your Career Launchpad
As a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) at SumUp, you will take charge of your own success from day one.
This role is heavily commission-driven:
You will receive a base salary plus an uncapped commission.
The more effort you put in, the higher your earnings.
Your success will directly influence your income and career growth.
You will plan your own day, manage your own territory, and engage with merchants directly on-site. Every sale counts – and it pays off for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to local merchants and identify new opportunities
- Present our payment solutions clearly, practically, and persuasively
- Handle objections confidently and close deals
- Build your own sustainable client portfolio
- Collaborate closely with an ambitious, supportive sales team
What You Bring
- Ambition, drive, and a passion for achieving results
- Enjoyment in direct customer contact and fieldwork
- A basic technical understanding and the ability to explain products simply
- A proactive hands-on mentality
- Previous sales experience is a plus – but motivation and willingness to learn are key
