The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, along with strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Key responsibilities include:Commissioning and troubleshooting power products and control systems, integrating with other vendors’ equipment such as generators, UPS systems, and SCADA systems. Conducting preventive maintenance, field installations, and modifications. Providing technical product support and troubleshooting services. Collaborating with project engineers and managers to identify and coordinate necessary parts replacements. Performing engineering site surveys to assess equipment and determine the scope of field work. Programming and servicing complex automation and protective relaying systems. Managing post-site workload, prioritizing tasks, and submitting project documentation punctually. Traveling domestically and internationally as required to provide on-site support to customers.
