The Opportunity

As a Field Service Technician specializing in Industrial Robotics, you will apply your hands-on experience from plants, mills, or substations to deploy our cutting-edge mobile robots globally. You will be the key expert responsible for the installation and configuration of our ANYmal robots, ensuring that site operators are empowered to collaborate effectively with their new robotic colleagues. Collaborating closely with our Field Engineers and Customer Success Managers, your focus will be on optimizing robot utilization and uptime, as well as maintaining high setup quality.
This role is based in our new office in Barcelona, with the majority of your work taking place at customer sites worldwide. Regular travel to our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, is expected for training and collaboration with the Customer Success team.
