The Field Trainer position is based in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on supporting onsite teams by building leasing and sales skills, coaching on customer experience, and maintaining high standards at Hillpointe’s properties. The Field Trainer collaborates closely with Operations and Learning & Development to ensure training aligns with business goals and supports teams during lease-ups, transitions, and times when performance needs improvement.
What you will do
- Coach leasing and sales teams on lead management, follow-up, communication, and closing techniques.
- Demonstrate effective leasing behaviors and identify areas for improvement.
- Train associates to deliver consistent, engaging property tours.
- Reinforce storytelling, product knowledge, and personalized service.
- Strengthen operational processes and uphold company standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Encourage repeatable habits that support reliable execution.
- Provide on-site coaching and immediate feedback during regular property visits.
- Support teams during lease-ups, transitions, or when performance requires extra attention.
- Lead onboarding for new hires, focusing on service standards, systems, communication, and leasing fundamentals.
- Facilitate ongoing development through refreshers, role-plays, and skill-building sessions.
- Promote curiosity, growth, and continuous improvement among team members.
- Document progress, track trends, and share team needs with leadership.
- Work with Operations and Learning & Development to ensure training supports business objectives and new initiatives.
