Your Role
We are seeking a dedicated Finance & Strategy Partner to integrate into our expanding team. This role will involve accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across departments, driving enhancements in our financial systems in collaboration with business partners, finance colleagues, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to achieve impactful results.
- Utilize your financial expertise to guide and influence critical strategic and operational decisions.
- Act as a financial advisor to business teams, analyzing and evaluating strategic projects and initiatives.
- Design analytical frameworks to measure efficiency and ROI on both headcount and operational expenses.
- Lead the reporting processes and establish discipline in finance routines, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-term planning.
- Create and manage models for in-depth financial analyses, ensuring their precision and timeliness.
- Identify key metrics and performance indicators for business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, to develop comprehensive reporting dashboards and forecasts.
- Drive ongoing improvements in processes, standardization, simplification, and reporting quality.
