Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and budgeting processes for assigned engineering and product development teams, partnering with senior management to establish, track, and evaluate annual operating and financial plans.
- Enhance data systems and tools to monitor performance, deliver reporting solutions, and improve operational insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide analytical support and assess strategic initiatives.
- Develop and oversee KPIs to gauge performance against critical financial goals.
- Create comprehensive internal and external executive reports, including board presentations and financial close documents.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial data analytics.
- Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio to deploy data visualization dashboards.
- Possess strong knowledge of financial planning and ERP systems, including Adaptive Planning and SAP.
