Qualifications:A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with 4+ years in a corporate FP&A role. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting is required; an MBA is highly preferred. Extensive knowledge of finance and accounting processes, data structures, and systems within a public company setting. Proficiency in FP&A software tools, such as Adaptive, and ERP systems like SAP. Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel modeling capabilities to inform data-driven decision-making. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and budgeting processes for assigned engineering and product development teams, partnering with senior management to establish, track, and evaluate annual operating and financial plans.
  • Enhance data systems and tools to monitor performance, deliver reporting solutions, and improve operational insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide analytical support and assess strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee KPIs to gauge performance against critical financial goals.
  • Create comprehensive internal and external executive reports, including board presentations and financial close documents.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial data analytics.
  • Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio to deploy data visualization dashboards.
  • Possess strong knowledge of financial planning and ERP systems, including Adaptive Planning and SAP.
