ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike (TRS) Finance team at Anduril is on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Manager to support our Small Drones business line. This pivotal role encompasses essential FP&A responsibilities, including close insights, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Program Management, Growth, and Contracts teams to enhance execution, inform investment decisions, and bolster overall business performance.
We seek a proactive team member who will not merely act as a service provider but will actively contribute to strategic and operational growth within the Small Drones division, helping to construct a scalable financial operating framework for a rapidly evolving analytics portfolio.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you will provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations that support critical decisions, driving the long-term success of the Small Drones business line. You will oversee business line forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, effectively communicating your findings to senior leadership. Your cross-functional partnerships will be key in operationalizing hypotheses, initiating actions, and continuously refining financial and operational rigor.
This position requires a keen interest in problem-solving, an ability to identify patterns, and a collaborative spirit to facilitate effective decision-making. - Own the Small Drones financial operating rhythm: monthly close insights, forecasting, and variance analysis.
