Job Summary:
As a Finance Manager at Creative Chaos, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our organization. Your leadership will guide crucial financial functions such as cash flow management, profitability analysis, expense tracking, and accurate financial reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic long-term business plans in collaboration with the financial manager and executive team.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual internal financial statements, ensuring clarity and accuracy for management meetings.
- Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of financial statements and key performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial reporting journal entries and periodic deliverables.
- Engage in financial analysis, provide recommendations, and take part in discussions on consolidation and reporting matters.
- Identify and lead initiatives for process improvements and efficiency projects.
- Support decision-making processes with comprehensive financial insights and analyses.
- Contribute to various projects and ad-hoc analyses and reporting tasks.
- Assist in cash forecasting and monitoring to ensure working capital needs are met.
- Aid in the month-end closing of financial records.
- Establish revenue recognition rules in compliance with ASC 606.
- Help design an effective chart of accounts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
