Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership of Core Finance OperationsFull ownership of debtor (Accounts Receivable) and creditor (Accounts Payable) operations. Oversee employee expense processes through SAP Concur, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement. Ensure strong cash flow management through effective oversight of AR and AP.2. Accounts Payable ManagementLead and develop the AP team to guarantee high performance and accountability. Ensure consistency and accuracy in invoice coding, aligned with financial reporting requirements. Guarantee timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. Maintain the vendor ledger and supplier master data.3. Credit Control & Cash ReconciliationManage the cash reconciliation process for our Retail stores and E-commerce platforms, investigating discrepancies as needed. Oversee credit control to minimize aged debt and enhance cash collection. Foster strong relationships with customers to proactively resolve payment issues.4. Process Improvement & OptimizationIdentify, design, and implement process improvements across finance operations. Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual effort and minimize error rates. Continuously evaluate workflows to ensure scalability and adherence to best practices.5. Business Support & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a key finance partner to the broader organization, providing insights on financial processes. Assist non-finance stakeholders in understanding and adhering to finance procedures. Collaborate across departments to enhance financial discipline and operational outcomes.6. Policy Ownership & GovernanceOwn, maintain, and enforce finance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Promote a culture of accountability and financial governance throughout the organization. Ideal Candidate Profile:Demonstrated experience in Finance Operations or Financial Management.

ProCook is on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Finance Operations Manager to take charge of essential financial processes, ensuring strong financial controls and enhancing operational efficiency within the finance department.

This pivotal role encompasses complete oversight of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and employee expenses, while spearheading process enhancements and enforcing financial policies throughout the organization.

This full-time position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid work setup of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at our Gloucester location (this arrangement is non-negotiable).
