FuriosaAI’s Finance team supports the company’s growth by managing a broad range of financial operations at the Seoul headquarters. The team handles both domestic and international accounting, settlements, fund management, and ongoing ERP system improvements. This role offers the chance to build hands-on experience across finance functions while helping to refine and optimize financial processes.
What you will do
- Review cost appropriateness, manage settlements, and oversee payment requests and executions.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly closing activities, including compiling data for value-added tax reports.
- Organize financial data and support internal reporting needs.
- Support ERP operations such as journal entries and data management, and help create user manuals for system use.
- Handle tax and financial administrative tasks for overseas subsidiaries, including responding to data requests and supporting settlements.
- Carry out additional operational and administrative finance or accounting tasks as required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of practical experience in finance or accounting.
- Ability to take initiative and perform core tasks based on a solid understanding of tax and accounting practices.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
- Proficiency with MS Office and AI tools.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with SAP or participation in ERP implementation projects.
- Background in financial closing and operations for overseas subsidiaries.
- Business English communication skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems in a changing setting.
- Experience automating tasks or improving processes using macros, Python, or RPA tools.
