We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Financial Analyst to join our esteemed senior investment sales team at the Seattle office. This full-time, in-office role involves direct collaboration with a high-performing multifamily investment sales team, where your expertise in real estate financial analysis and valuation will be invaluable.
 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, exceptional business writing skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in financial modeling. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is required, or candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in complex financial modeling and analysis.
 
Position Overview
 
As a Financial Analyst, you will provide critical financial and analytical support throughout the investment sales process. Key responsibilities include underwriting property values, preparing proposals and opinions of value, conducting market research, analyzing comparable properties and sales trends, and developing financial analyses for client presentations.
