Qualifications
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3 to 6 years of experience in healthcare finance, preferably within managed care or provider groups. Technical Skills:• Strong modeling and reporting capabilities, including proficiency in creating complex databases and spreadsheets using Excel and EMR reporting tools.• Ability to handle large data sets and experience in process improvement initiatives.• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and generate comprehensive financial and operational data across various departments, service lines, and markets.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budget for the department.
• Collaborate to standardize reporting practices across different business units.
• Create detailed reports, scorecards, and dashboards that feature key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for effective business monitoring.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues and other reporting challenges through close collaboration with IT.
• Engage in additional projects as assigned.
