We are in search of a dynamic Financial Controller/Manager to enrich our dedicated Finance department.

Your Responsibilities

The Financial Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring the finance function operates efficiently and accurately. You will primarily be responsible for executing administrative processes within the accounts department, including managing house invoices, maintaining ledger entries, reconciling accounts per hotel schedules, and delivering financial analyses to relevant stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly sales and banking reports for submission to head office.
Review guest and city ledgers, ensuring timely follow-up on all debts.
Oversee departmental forecasts to ensure completion at least one week prior to the upcoming month and transfer data to the GM’s excel document.
Conduct credit checks adhering to company standards.
Input sales and settlements into the business done file, ensuring daily ledgers balance with Opera trial balance ledgers.
Track payroll, input data, and submit to Head Office.
