- Enhancing our controlling strategies and processes to support the company's financial objectives.
- Developing budgeting and forecasting processes and working closely with executives and department heads to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive reports for management that highlight key performance indicators and trends.
- Monitoring and evaluating financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions.
- Supervising monthly and annual financial statements to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives at the corporate level.
- Acting as a crucial link between the finance department and other departments, offering financial advice and support for strategic initiatives.
