Your Role

The Financial Reporting Manager will oversee all elements of our financial reporting processes. Your main duties will include preparing and distributing financial documents in accordance with internal management reporting formats and GAAP standards. You will maintain the integrity of our financial records and develop reporting processes that can scale as Brex continues to grow and evolve. This role requires collaborative work in a detail-oriented environment where innovative problem-solving is highly valued. You will be expected to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Your Work Environment

This position is based in our New York office. We embrace a hybrid work model that combines the energy and collaboration of office life with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require team members to be in the office at least two coordinated days per week, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starting February 2, 2026, we will increase this to three days per week in the office.
