Key Responsibilities of the Financial Services Manager:
- Facilitate the sale of financing options, credit life, accident, and health insurance to customers.
- Offer comprehensive explanations of aftermarket products and warranties to clients.
- Clearly articulate manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers.
- Develop and enforce guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Convert cash deals to financing arrangements where applicable.
