Key Responsibilities:

Convert business requirements into technical solutions utilizing Optasia’s proprietary platform.
Engage with various stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives.
Develop technical documents including use cases, flow diagrams, integration requirements, and comprehensive solution documentation.
Work alongside internal departments, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Business, and Operations, to deliver innovative solutions.
Assess and prototype APIs for integration with third-party services.
Collaborate closely with the Software Architecture team to identify needs and opportunities for feature enhancements in the Optasia platform.
Provide technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations and assistance with RFP submissions.

What You Bring:
