Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert business requirements into technical solutions utilizing Optasia’s proprietary platform.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives.
  • Develop technical documents including use cases, flow diagrams, integration requirements, and comprehensive solution documentation.
  • Work alongside internal departments, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Business, and Operations, to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Assess and prototype APIs for integration with third-party services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Software Architecture team to identify needs and opportunities for feature enhancements in the Optasia platform.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations and assistance with RFP submissions.
