Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience in C programming for embedded controllers such as STM32.Proficient in version control systems (Git, hg, or similar). Solid experience with CAN, SPI, I2C, and various hardware interfaces. Exceptional communication and documentation skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated involvement in the industrial product development lifecycle. A positive, proactive, and energetic team player with a strong sense of ownership. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with user interface or menu system design. Familiarity with control systems, including motor control and PID controllers. Exposure to real-time operating systems (RTOS).

Meet the requirements of the development lifecycle from research and concept through to final manufacturing.

Oversee the full product lifecycle: encompassing concept, design, implementation, testing, release, and support.
Conduct hands-on laboratory testing, debugging, and validation on actual hardware.
Work collaboratively with electronics, mechanical, and test engineers to deliver robust solutions.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts regarding code quality and development processes.
