Fleetch is a dynamic Franco-Ivorian company dedicated to providing vehicle rentals for professional drivers. Our mission is to enhance fleet management and optimize driver activities within our vehicle network.
Your Role:
To support the growth of our services in Côte d'Ivoire, you will collaborate closely with local operations managers. As the Fleet Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring administrative documents related to the fleet (insurance, vehicle registration, parking permits, etc.)
- Overseeing vehicle maintenance and repairs in coordination with fleet managers and workshops
- Ensuring to minimize vehicle downtime during garage time
- Tracking and managing claims with insurance and repair shops
- Ensuring compliance and validity of administrative documents with the police and other state agencies
This position is for you if:
- You have experience in large-scale fleet management
- Comfortable with computer tools and able to report daily
- Organized and meticulous: you can manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and self-reliant: you want to make an impact and can take initiative.
- Hardworking: you are not afraid to go on-site and engage in all operational aspects related to your scope.
